One Direction Insults Van Halen, Wolfgang Van Halen took to Twitter on Tuesday night to recount a harrowing experience: being mocked by the boys of One Direction.

Van Halen, who plays bass for the band of the same name and is Eddie Van Halen's son, accused the young Britpop group of being "dickheads" and insulting him.

Though Van Halen didn't explain what was actually said or done, he appeared quite incensed, going so far as to mock the hairstyles of Harry Styles (see what we did there?) and his fellow 1D bandmates:

It looks like Van Halen and One Direction won't be touring together anytime soon!

The bands had a run-in at a hotel in Birmingham, England on Tuesday and Wolfgang Van Halen, the 21-year-old son of Eddie Van Halen, didn't have such nice things to say about the pop group.he bassist took to Twitter and wrote, "Fun fact: Was just insulted by that sh***y boy band #OneDirection in the lobby of our hotel this morning! Greetings Birmingham!"

While Wolfgang didn't explain what the feud was about, he said the incident also involved Creed guitarist Eric Friedman and drummer Garrett Whitlock. He then wrote, "No joke. That ACTUALLY happened. That group of kids in #OneDirection were d**kheads to @IIEROCKII @GWDrums and I."

One Direction who where in England for interviews, didn't seem aware of the problem at first and
Louis Tomlinson Tweeted, "Just left @wearefreeradio in Birmingham where we pre-recorded some interviews!! The first one airs tonight after 8pm! Fun, fun, fun!!!!!.
