Hulk Hogan's sex tape scandal gets even weirder... the FBI are getting involved! Local police in Florida can't help the veteran wrestler press charges because how widely distributed the naughty video has become.

It’s the celebrity sex tape that nobody wanted to see and it’s caused so much drama that even the FBI are getting involved, according to reports.

Hulk Hogan’s naughty video made us wish the internet was never invented but we didn’t think it would escalate to a full-blown legal scandal.

The veteran wrestler’s attorney has told TMZ that he attempted to file a police report in Florida after intimate footage was leaked online – but local authorities were unable to help him.

Firstly, it's claimed the naked fun time was recorded in 2006, the four-year law of limitation has expired on the offense of unlawfully recording Hulk without his permission.

And secondly, according to the story the distribution of illegal footage to the media (a US gossip website unveiled Hulk in all of his glory in a 30 second clip) cross state lines, so it’s a federal problem – not a local one.

To put it in terms we all understand, it’s no longer a problem for Jack Frost, so the super-awesome Jack Bauer will be taking over.

And as a result, TMZ write that Hulks lawyer has contacted the FBI to track down the person guilty of leaking the sex tape – and the embarrassed wrestler wants JUSTICE (and probably a pair of pants)

Speaking for the first time about the saucy flick, Hulk admitted he felt, "sick to my stomach right now” after being told his old best mate could be the culprit.
