Giuliana Rancic Baby No. 2, Bill and Giuliana Rancic may not have welcomed their first baby yet, but the happy parents-to-be are already talking about baby no. 2!

“We already have the plans in the works,” said Bill, 41, to Life & Style Weekly. “The wheels are in motion.”

Bill and Giuliana are currently awaiting the arrival of their first baby via surrogacy. “Everything is looking great, and we’re thrilled,” said Giuliana, 36, to the magazine. “It couldn’t be better, so knock on wood it’s all looking good!”

So when will they stop? “Two or three would be a great number,” joked Bill when referring to number of children. “She’d want four or five. But that’s not gonna happen — not with me. Maybe her next husband!”Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill are eager to expand their family following the birth of their son, Edward Duke, in August.

The happy couple are reportedly planning for their second child — and Giuliana is hoping for a little girl. “A lot of people have one kid and it’s enough. But for us, we’re having so much fun that we’d love to have another child,” she told Life & Style.

“We would love twins,” she added. “It’s not out of the question. If we had a girl, though, it would be amazing. I think as a woman you always dream about having a little girl to wear matching outfits with.”

What else did the new parents have to say?

The E! News host, 37, and her Apprentice husband, 41, are also considering using the same gestational carrier as before, Colorado-based mother of two, Delphine.

“Not only did Delphine give us this unbelievable gift we could never repay her for, but she’s also a wonderful person,” said Giuliana.Bill and Giuliana’s happy news comes after years of heartache for the couple. After suffering a miscarriage in 2010, Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 and underwent a double lumpectomy last October and a double mastectomy in December. At the time of her diagnosis, she was undergoing her third round of in vitro fertilization.
