Service Description:
There are typically four phases to successfully delivering a technology security solution
Installation: OnlineSecurity’s security engineers will install the software or hardware solution at the client’s location.
Configuration: OnlineSecurity’s security engineers will configure the system to the particular needs of the client.
Testing: OnlineSecurity’s security engineers will test the system to insure that it is working properly. This may include external and internal penetration testing, social engineering attacks, etc.
Training: OnlineSecurity’s security engineers will provide training to the client’s staff on how to use the security solution.
Additionally, OnlineSecurity is a licensed VAR for Computer Associate eTrust Suite of Security products and services, and this relationship can be leveraged to deliver security technology solutions to the clients.
Delivery Mechanism:
OnlineSecurity will meet with the client to determine the scope and goals of the engagement and prepare a proposal and/or work plan accordingly.
Typically the majority of the work in the engagement will occur at the client’s location and will require that OnlineSecurity have the cooperation from and access to key technical and leadership individuals within the organization.
Deliverables:
At the end of the engagement OnlineSecurity will provide to the client a detailed network security report encompassing actions taken, security issues discovered, and additional recommendations to secure the organization.
