The Scream actor, who turns 41 next week, was spotted looking disheveled as he held his little girl's hand with an untucked shirt, crooked necktie and suspenders attached to brown trousers.
In one image, David was seen wearing white fingerless gloves, which then disappeared.
They've been spending a lot of time together recently in the wake of his divorce from Courteney Cox, whom he was married to for 13 years.
Coco, whose godmother is Jennifer Aniston, was dressed very casual for her night club debut in a grey Hello Kitty t-shirt tucked into star-printed denim cutoffs and pink flip-flops.
It might seem troubling to see Coco leaving the same club a visibly tipsy Kirsten Dunst stumbled out of wearing mismatched heels last night, but Arquette made sure to separate the normal club activities from the Dinner Theater Extravaganza.
The excited little girl was entertained by burlesque performer-comedian Selene Luna, crooner-guitarist Lynda Kaye, comedic juggler Michael Rayner, and magician-host Rob Zabrecky.
