Dakota Fanning night moves

Jesse Eisenberg and Dakota Fanning in Talks for Indie Thriller NIGHT MOVES, Jesse Eisenberg (Zombieland) and Dakota Fanning (The Runaways) are in talks to complete the trio of eco-terrorists in writer/director Kelly Reichardt’s indie thriller, Night Moves. Eisenberg steps in to replace Paul Dano, who was previously expected to rejoin his Meek’s Cutoff director for the picture. Night Moves centers on three people who plan to blow up a dam, with Eisenberg as the ringleader, Fanning as the wealthy youth who funds their efforts and the previously reported Peter Sarsgaard as the technical man behind the bomb.

 Hit the jump for more on Night Moves.currently in talks to join the indie thriller. Neil Kopp and Anish Savjani, collaborators who are quite familiar with Reichardt, are attached to produce along with Todd Haynes as executive producer. Production is scheduled to start in Oregon this October.

Eisenberg can currently be seen in Woody Allen’s To Rome with Love and the IFC film, Why Stop Now. He recently wrapped on Louis Leterrier’s Now You See Me, a magician heist thrillers and is currently filming two roles in The Double for Richard Ayoade.

Meanwhile, Fanning will next be seen in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 later this year. She currently has wrapped on three indie pics: Now is Good from director Ol Parker, the Emma Thompson-scripted Effie, and directors Alan and Gabe Polsky’s The Motel Life. Fanning is currently filming Very Good Girls for Naomi Foner with Elizabeth Olsen, Demi Moore and Sarsgaard.
