Kate Gosselin wins primary custody of kids, Reality stars Jon and Kate Gosselin met at a arbitration hearing in Pennsylvania last week for a final deliberation regarding who will receive primary custody of the children.
A source close to Kate revealed: “This was the proceeding that essentially ended their marriage. Kate is just relieved that a very painful chapter of her life is nearly over, and she is looking forward to building a better, brighter future for herself and her kids.”
The source also revealed that Jon did not dispute Kate receiving primary custody of their eight children, which came as no surprise to Kate.
Jon did show up with a bouquet of roses for Kate, which she refused on the grounds that she believed they were just for a publicity stunt.
