Anne Heche Coley Laffoon 50-50 Custody - Anne Heche's Divorce Finalized, A judge finalized it today, making Anne single again. They’ve been separated for almost two years, having first signed the papers in January of 2007.
It wasn’t that much of a usual messy Hollywood divorce; they’ll get 50/50 custody of their six-year old son Homer.
But the baby on the way is all Anne’s! And her new boyfriend’ of course. Anne is expecting with her Men In Trees co-star James Tupper.
Since Anne was the one making the money in the relationship, she’ll still have to pay Laffoon $3700 a month in child support. And he also gets a lump sun of $515,000.
That should hold him over for a while! Hopefully he doesn’t blow it all on porn, because as you might recall, that was what prompted the divorce in the first place!
